Anyone who follows the Dallas Cowboys, the NFL, and golf, knows that quarterback Tony Romo is an avid golfer. And not only that, he is a very good golfer. Romo has a decorated history with winning amateur tournaments. Not bad considering that he also happens to play quarterback for arguably the most popular NFL franchise in history.
But this year, Romo has decided to dial his golf schedule back in the offseason. This most noticeably includes his decision to skip out on 2013 U.S. Open qualifying, as well as trying to qualify for the HP Byron Nelson Championship which was held last week on the PGA Tour.
