The PGA Tour sets the stage for one of their premiere events on the schedule, with the 2012 Memorial Tournament hosted by Jack Nicklaus from Muirfield Village Golf Club.
All of the big guns will be in the field, including Luke Donald. Donald just grabbed the No.1 ranking in the world back from Rory McIlroy after the win at the BMW Championship on the European Tour last week.
McIlroy will be in the field as well, along with Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Rickie Fowler and more.
It’s Donald who leads the way on the Odds To Win The Memorial Tournament at Bovada Sportsbook. Donald is set as a 9/1 favorite to win for the second-straight week. This is the fourth time he has held the No.1 ranking this year, as he and McIlroy have been in a fun battle back and forth.
McIlroy comes in second on the list of favorites to win this week, coming in at 12/1 behind Donald to win the Memorial.
And then there is Mickelson and Woods, the dynamic duo. These two are both set with odds at 14/1 this week. We are slowly watching Woods fall further and further down the list of pre-tournament favorites. Once a staple at the top, it’s been a slow fall, even with the win at Bay Hill back in March.
And with the U.S Open on the horizon, Woods will be looking to get into top form, with the Memorial providing a good platform for that. He has won here before, and knows success at Jack’s tournament.
Justin Rose rounds out the top-five favorites this week at the Memorial, going off at 18/1 to win for the second time in 2012.
Below we have the full field betting odds to win the Memorial Tournament, so if we didn’t mention your favorite golfer, be sure to check them out below.
